Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached and hygiene stickers in place, then securely seal your return parcel.
Ship It Back
Purchase a shipping label from your preferred local courier and send the package to the return address provided in our portal instructions.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
